It started when me and my cousin was bored and had a small talk. We shared our different experiences, hobbies and aspirations that we want to attain. There was a story of my cousin that caught my attention while listening, his experience when he was a teenager. I was petrified while he is sharing it because it is unusual and creepy. I know that he is telling the truth since I can see it in his eyes while delivering the story. I will share to you what his experience was and I know that some will believed, others may not. I am not forcing everyone to deem nor to buy my stories because of the mere fact that it is not ordinary hence it is an extraordinary one that not every individuals had share the same dilemma like what my cousin has.
The first scenario happened when he was just looking unconsciously to a stranger, whom he doesn’t know in the first place. It bothers him much because he is not aware of the reason why he keeps on looking on that person. The next day when he is about to go to school one of their neighbor approached his mom that their neighbor Rolando died because of stabbed wounds, and unfortunately he was not able to be brought to the hospital on time; that neighbor is the same person he is staring at. That first experience was not a big deal for him due to the reason that he just considered it as an accident and part of everyday events. More over he was still young during those times to consider it as a factor. After sometime days and weeks past and another unexplainable event happened, the same with the first person whom he look at for no special reason. That person I am referring to is the officemate of his dad, the same thing happen he was looking unconsciously to that woman and after some time that woman suffered from heart attack and was never rushed to the hospital; later on died because of some series events of cardiovascular arrest. Right after that event he was bothered and immediately informed his mom because it makes him feel that he have some sort of jinx and curse that he really wanted to know the reason behind. His mom never did take it seriously since he was young and stories of a kid never had the chance to be given some special attention. Then again weeks past and times flew, he saw this kid on the street and he was the son of his dad’s co-worker, the same thing happened he was again unconsciously staring at him then suddenly he was like snap out from reality. After that occurrence he immediately told his mom that the kid might suffer from sickness or accident, again his mom never did believe but after a day the child got a bacterial infection on his meninges “spinal cord” and found out to be meningitis. His mom was shocked because my cousin had provided some facts that he really had that fatal look, which made him so anxious every time he had an incident of looking at a person with no special reason. Furthermore after what happen they consulted a quack doctor to know where did he got that kind of ability, then they told them that it was dwarfs who was responsible for it. So what they did was they offered some foods and prayers to counteract the curse. Then days, weeks, months and years past, fortunately it never did happened again his family were happy and glad because it was over. That horrifying event ended that made him realized that it is not fun and it is not fulfilling to have that kind of ability.
After hearing that story at first I was terrified and stun because it was unusual to know that it is possible for a person to have that kind of gift that can hurt an individual. Amidst that capability it is frightening to know that you can be a silent killer and that killer may be you, me or anyone of us. You cannot escape the fact that there are things on this earth that do not have any scientific explanations, and everyday is a mystery. That killer may be past on me, to you or to them, the question is will you be the victim or the silent killer?
